At Subtlememe, we aim to get your subtle meme-inspired apparel to you quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our processes, timelines, and responsibilities. 1. Shipping Destinations and Costs
We now ship worldwide.
- United States: Free standard shipping on all orders over $60. Orders under $60 pay standard shipping ($4.96–$8.89 for first item, depending on product type). Express upgrades are available at checkout.
- International: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and method chosen. Rates vary by country and are shown below (standard shipping). Customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

2. Processing and Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Most orders are fulfilled within 48 hours (business days only). Embroidery designs may take slightly longer on the first order due to one-time digitization.
- Total Delivery: – US: 7–12 business days (standard) – International: 6–30 business days depending on destination and customs.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package in real time at 17track.net.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We work with PODpartner and their trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, YunExpress, and local partners) to provide reliable delivery. The shipping method shown at checkout is the one we will use.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are your responsibility and will be collected by your local customs office. We collect VAT upfront for EU orders via IOSS where required.
5. Address Accuracy and Changes
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses. Address changes after an order is placed may incur additional fees or may not be possible.
6. Risk of Loss and Liability
Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment. File claims directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Orders
If an order is returned as undeliverable (wrong address, refused, etc.), we may reship at your expense or issue a refund minus original shipping costs (even if free shipping applied).
8. Changes to Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with the new effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
