Welcome to Subtlememe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any purchases of our subtle meme-inspired apparel and accessories (“Products”). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site or make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features (e.g., order history or custom requests), you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.   • Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock issues or suspected fraud). You will receive an email confirmation upon order placement.

  • Pricing: Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect confirmed orders. Errors in pricing or product descriptions may be corrected, and we may cancel affected orders with a full refund.

  • Payments: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize us (or our processors) to charge the full amount, including taxes and shipping. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes on your purchases. We collect and remit taxes where required by law.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, with production typically completed and orders shipped within 48 hours. Delivery estimates for U.S. orders are 3-7 business days total (accounting for potential delays due to high volume, carrier issues, or unforeseen events). International orders are fulfilled on request—contact us for details. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or other factors. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments—claims should be filed with the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Return Policy (linked in the footer and detailed on the Site) governs all returns. In summary, we accept returns within 30 days for manufacturing defects, misprints, or incorrect fulfillment, but not for change of mind, fit issues, or shipping damages.
